Sprat Moju

  • 500g sprats
  • 225g onions
  • ΒΌ bottle vegetable oil
  • 250g green chillies
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp mustard

Deep fry sprats in the vegetable oil until crisp. Split the green chillies into two and fry for a few minutes. Grind mustard finely with vinegar. Add sprats and the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Serves 4
