  Prawn / Fish White Curry Mix

  Method

  1. Season 01 kilo of white fish or prawns with the Prawn / Fish White Curry Mix and set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan, add 30 ml oil add the seasoned fish and sauté.
  3. Add ½ cup water and stir. Then add 01 cup coconut milk, and cook for 5 minutes.

  Chicken Khorma Mix

  Method

  1. Add Chicken Khorma Mix to 01 kilo of chicken with 03 tbsp of natural yogurt and set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat pan, add 20g ghee and 15 ml oil. When heated, add the chicken, stir and cook on a low fire.
  3. Add ½ cup water cook for 05 minutes.

  Method

  1. Heat pan, add 30ml oil. Add the Crab Curry Mix to hot oil and stir.
  2. Add 02 cups water and ½ cup coconut milk.
  3. When the gravy is boiling add crab, cover with lid & cook for 10 minutes.
