Wash and shred the cabbage and stalks finely. Chop the onions and chillies. Add the cabbage along with the curry leaves, salt and water and cook until well done, stirring from time to time. Mix the coconut, ground mustard, pepper and turmeric. Add to the cabbage, stir for a few minutes and take off fire.
